Yes. Every client visits our material room and walks through HDHMR cores, shutter finishes (laminate / acrylic / PU / veneer), hardware samples (Hettich / Hafele / Blum), quartz / granite counters and flooring options before signing. Your BOQ references the exact SKUs you approved.

One designer stays with you from first call to final handover. This is a contractual commitment — if the senior designer assigned to you exits the firm, we pause and re-assign at the principal-designer level before continuing, without billing for the transition.

Included: modular kitchen, wardrobes, living/dining fitments, false ceiling, painting, lighting, curtains, electrical rework, design fee. Not included: movable furniture from third-party brands, appliances (hob, chimney, fridge, TV), artwork, civil / structural work (priced separately and transparently). GST at 18% shown separately.

We work on 4 milestones: 10% on BOQ sign, 40% on factory confirmation, 40% on installation start, 10% on handover. EMI is available via our banking partner for eligible buyers — ask us during consultation.

10-year warranty on modular carcass and hardware. 5-year on acrylic shutter finish, 3-year on laminate. 1-year on painting, ceiling and electrical. All warranties are honoured through our in-house service team — you don't chase vendors.
